At the moment we do not offer shipment to all countries. The reason for this is that we only want to ship to countries when it can match our high service level. We are always looking to expand the number of countries. Note: Due to Brexit, shipping to the UK is not possible.

Shipping method
All orders are shipped within the Netherlands with PostNL. We would like to ask you to have your order delivered to an address where it can be accepted. If no one is present, the package will be delivered to the neighbors.
Within Belgium they are shipped with PostNL and within Germany with DPD. Packages are presented once at the delivery address. If no one is present, the package will be delivered to the neighbors or taken to a relevant collection point.
Delivery time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, on Saturday, on Sunday, or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. The delivery time for orders outside of the Netherlands varies but is typically 1-3 days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace code to follow your shipment.
