You can easily do so by entering your order number below and, if applicable, selecting the products you wish to cancel. Once you click "Submit", your cancellation request will be sent.
After submitting the form, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email. The moment you submit the form and receive this confirmation is considered the official time of cancellation.
What happens next?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to stop the shipment where possible. In that case, we will process your cancellation and issue a refund.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will first receive the products. You can then return them in accordance with our return procedure. Once we have received the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount.
