Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do so easily by clicking the "Request Cancellation" button below. You will need your email address and order number. Next, select the item(s) you wish to cancel. Once you click "Submit", your cancellation request will be sent. You will also receive a confirmation by email. The moment you submit the form and receive the confirmation is considered the official time of cancellation.
What happens next?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to stop the shipment where possible. In that case, we will process your cancellation and issue a refund.
Has your order already been shipped? Or have you already received the item you want to cancel?
If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse the parcel upon delivery. The carrier will then return it to us. If you have already received the item(s), you can return them in accordance with our return policy. Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) is at your own expense.
Refund after cancellation
Once we have received and processed your returned item(s), we will initiate your refund. You will receive a confirmation by email. The purchase amount will then be refunded within 5 business days using the same payment method that was used to place the order.
